Webster can be found working on all types of projects, including CMS websites and ecommerce websites. He forms the backbone of our agency; providing the essential bridge between design and marketing.

Webster uses ASP, XHTML, CSS and where necessary JavaScript to build websites to the highest standards.

Every website we develop undergoes the following strict web accessibility checks before go live:

Code

• Validate code to XHTML 1.0 (Transitional or Strict)
• Use semantic coding for site structure
• Fully implement CSS for layout

Scaling & Resolution

• Test font-size enlarging on all browsers
• Test on a variety of common screen resolutions and colour settings

Structure & Restrictions

• Check page structure is logical without styles (CSS disabled)
• Check alternative descriptors for images and links
• Navigation structure is logical and above content

Site navigation

• Navigate site using a keyboard. Check tabbing orders are correct and relevant sections are accessible without a mouse.
• Include relevant “skip to” links

Browser testing

• Internet Explorer 6/7, Firefox 1-3, Opera, Safari
• PC and Mac
• Any additional OS’s, mobile devices or assistive browsers
